What is Cardio Tennis? Cardio Tennis is a fun, new, group activity featuring drills to give players of all levels of ability an ultimate, high energy workout. If you want a great new way to get in shape and burn calories, You must try Cardio Tennis.  How it works: Polar heart rate monitors are used to advise you of your current heart rate and notify you when you exceed or drop below your optimum cardio zone.  Click the video on the right for more details.
