21st Century / Austin Prime Time
After School Tennis & Sport Programs 

We are entering our 9th year introducing elementary and middle school age children to the tennis and team sports.  We use our grassroots tennis, not only to introduce kids to the sport that last a lifetime, but as a tool to instill character development traits and teambuilding skills.  We believe that a child displaying poor sportsmanship does not make him/her a bad sportsman.  Schools give shildren the tools they need to succeed academically.  It is our job to give kids the tools and strategies to manage their emotions and succeed is individuals.  Tennis along with other athletics are great ways of teaching these traits.

1st Saturday-Movies on the BackboardTennis Net

Bring your blankets and lawn chairs and enjoy the setting sun while watching movies projected onto the backboard of the Austin Tennis Center.  All movies will be family oriented for yours and your little ones enjoyment.  Movies are free to the public.  Concessions will be sold in the proshop for your convenience.  Movies will show wheather permitting.  Check out the calendar of events to find out what is showing.  children under 9 may not be left unattended.  Movies will begin at dusk.


 

CC Tennis Pro ShopMonthly Seminars

College Recruitment Course
These seminars are designed to equip young athletes and their parents with the information they need to properly prepare for securing collegiate playing opportunities.  This seminar will talk about the off-court work needed more than the on-court training.  This course is held once a month.  Please sign-up in advance. 

Program Fee:    Free to ATC Jr. Players
                        $10.00 non-ATC Players
Racquet Purchase Do's and Don'ts
Before you make purchase a new racquet, come learn about the variety of choices out there while learning what types of racquets are best suited for you.  There will be no presure to purchase.  This course is held once a month.  Please sign-up in advance.

Tennis Scholarship Program 

Each semester, selected students will receive tuition and enrollment into the ATC Junior Development Program.  Selection criteria will be based on financial need, academic record, and individual circumstances.
