In This Issue Letter from ATC Director New Sports Therapist on Staff Upcoming Programs / Specials USTA Leagues Improving Your Game	Dear Players, 2019 is now well under way. It's time to break out that tennis gear and hit the courts swinging! The ATPC started the ball rolling with a very successful Noon Year's Eve tourney and mixer out here and we plan to keep the momentum and the buzz building into the next several months. Now that the Pickleball and Tennis programs are kicking back into gear for kids and adults, you can expect a few now exciting events return. Back by popular demand, we will once again begin hosting our Glow Tennis & Pickleball Parties. We now have a series of themed tournaments throughout the year for those interested in testing your tennis or pickleball skills. Please check out the ATPC website to stay up to date on all the exciting activities/events offered! Partner dropped out? Don't let that stop you. The ATPC has a tennis ball machine available for rent. It is a great way to break a sweat or to develop a stroke. I look forward to seeing you serve it up at the Austin Tennis & Pickleball Center! 	Upcoming Programs/Specials Free Court Fees Through January 10, 2009 the ATC has decided to extend free court fees an additional week!!! The Austin Tennis Center will not be charging court fees for our guests during this time. Please take advantage of this great special. Play for free and be among the first to play at the newest courts in Austin. *Same Day Stringing* Bring in your racquet(s) before 6pm and have them strung that day!!! If you are leaving your racquet after 6pm, they will be finished that next day. Take advantage of our express stringing service for FREE through the month of January!!! $25.00 Private Tennis Lessons through January!!! That's Right. Take a private lesson from the Director of the ATC at 50% off throughout the month of January. Schedule your lesson now. Space is filling up!!! 3rd Annual MLK Kids Day January 19, 2009 2-4pm Come out and enjoy this free kids event hosted by Set2Serve, a local non-profit group dedicated to expanding tennis in Austin.
